Is there a regular restocking of products on the site?
We present new products on a regular basis.
The best way to be notified of these new arrivals is to create your account and/or subscribe to the newsletter.
You will find the links on the bottom of the home page .
I am looking for an item that no longer appears on the site, is this definitive?
If the product is no longer visible, it means that it is out of stock.
However, it may happen that certain items (Non-limited Edition) are restocked.
What about quality control?
All our products are subject to quality control.
Apart from the legal guarantees, Artycoffee does not provide any additional contractual guarantee for items purchased online.
However, if you encounter a problem with one of our items, you can contact our after-sales service at any time.
Order
How can I make an order?
When you have made your purchases all you need to do is click the "My cart" link in the white header at the right top of the page, and follow the cues.
How can I be sure that my order has been received by you?
After you have made payment for your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, confirming your order.
Please keep this confirmation e-mail, which contains information such as your order number. This information is useful if you ever need to contact us about your order.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Confirmed and paid orders may only be modified or cancelled through contacting our customer service.
You may contact customer service by writing to contact@artycoffees.com or by Whatsapp from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 6pm, and during the Weekend, between noon and 5pm.
Please note that cancelling your order is only possible if you contact us within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Order cancellation is not possible on bank holidays.
How can I use a discount / gift code?
At a certain moment during the order process, you will see a field in which you may insert your discount / gift code. Only one code can be applied per order.
Payment
How can I make payment?
All orders made on the Artycoffee website may be paid for online using bank/credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or local payment methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact.
Is it safe to make a payment?
We follow strict PCI DSS standards. All your information is treated in the strictest confidence and all data is encrypted.
When is payment taken from my account?
Payment is taken securely at checkout when you place your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can assist you. Please note that cancelling your order is only possible if you contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Why is my credit card not accepted?
Your card may be declined due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or restrictions from your bank. If this happens, you can try another payment method or contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
- Wallets: Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Local payment methods: iDEAL and Bancontact
Shipping
How can I follow my order as it is processed?
You can follow the status of your order as it is processed and dispatched for delivery by accessing your account or using the delivery company’s website/services.
As soon as your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number and a link to the website of the delivery company.
How long does delivery take?
You should count between 1 to 3 working days for the preparation and packing of your order, from the moment you receive order confirmation from us.
Delivery times depend on the destination country. Please note our estimated delivery times (once dispatched):
- France, Belgium, Germany & The Netherlands: 2–4 business days
- European Union (other countries): 3–8 business days
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please be informed:
During holidays and sales periods, delivery may take longer. Orders are not prepared and shipped during weekends and bank holidays.
What are the available delivery methods and how much do they cost?
Depending on the destination, we offer home delivery (standard and express) and delivery to pick-up points.
Delivery costs vary according to weight, volume and geographical destination. The precise cost is displayed at checkout.
Please note:
- For international deliveries, taxes and customs fees may be added and are payable by you when the package is delivered or picked up.
- If the order is not claimed after presentation by the carrier and/or at the relay point, your order will be automatically returned to us. Only the amount of your order will be refunded. Delivery costs remain your responsibility.
How long do I have to pick up my order from a pick-up point?
You typically have 7 days to pick up your order from a pick-up point.
As soon as your package has arrived at a pick-up point, you will be informed by e-mail. How long you have to pick up your package will be indicated in this e-mail.
After the deadline, (non-claim of your package) your order will be automatically returned to us. Only the amount of your order will be refunded. The delivery costs remain your responsibility.
There is a problem with my package. What should I do?
Please check the condition of your package and its contents immediately upon delivery. All refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise the request may be refused.
To submit a request, send an email to contact@artycoffees.com including:
- Your order number
- Reference to the product
- A clear explanation of the issue
- A photograph of the product illustrating the problem
I have not received my order. What should I do?
It is rare for an order to be delayed, but if you have not received your order within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us by email at contact@artycoffees.com.
I entered the wrong delivery address. How can I change this?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email at contact@artycoffees.com, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
Please note that while our customer service will do everything possible to assist, changing the delivery address may not always be possible, as it depends on the delivery company handling your order.
Customs fees
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For any order to a country located outside the European Union, customs duties, import duties or state taxes may apply.
Payment of these fees are the responsibility of the buyer or the person authorized to receive the order.
We recommend checking with your local authorities or customs office for details about these aspects.

How may I open an account?
To open an account click on Create an account or find the link clicking on the little person icon in the white header at the top of the page, and follow the cues.
Once you have created an account, you may access your account using your login details.
What information can I find in my account?
At any time you may log in to your account to view your contact details and order history. Any saved addresses for delivery will also be visible.
I no longer have access to my account. What shall I do?
Have you forgotten your password? If this is the case then you can request a new one. Click the "Login" link in the white header at the top of the page, and then click the "Forgotten your password?" link.
Do you think that your problem relates to a technical issue? If so then please contact our customer service either by email at contact@artycoffees.com, or by WhatsApp.
My contact details have changed. How should I notify you?
Within your account you have the possibility to modify and update your contact details.
Terms and Conditions
Preamble
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the relationship between Artycoffee and its customers is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which the customer accepts by placing an order. Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Orders
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant pages of our website. Offers are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise specified. Customers must follow the ordering procedure on our website. Confirmation of an online order constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Orders are only considered finalized once Artycoffee confirms them. We reserve the right not to accept orders due to stock issues, unusually large quantities, or foreseeable delivery problems. Customers will be notified by email if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in Euros. Prices shown at the time of the order are binding. Shipping costs are not included and are calculated and displayed at checkout. Applicable VAT is not yet included in the displayed prices but will be added when required according to local tax regulations.
Article 4 – Payment methods
Customers may pay using bank or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, or Bancontact. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and an order is only confirmed once payment has been validated. Artycoffee reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders in cases of suspected fraud, IT issues, or refusal of payment by the bank.
Article 5 – Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and delivery method. These costs are displayed at checkout and cannot be disputed after payment.
Article 6 – Delivery times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer if certain products are out of stock or if demand is unusually high. Estimated delivery times vary by destination: France, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands: 2–4 business days; other EU countries: 3–8 business days; United States: 3–5 business days; international: 7–14 business days. Delivery times may also be extended during holidays, sales periods, or due to customs processing.
Article 7 – Delivery procedures
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Customers must inspect the package and report any damage within 48 hours. For pick-up points, customers will be notified by email once the package is available. If the package is not claimed, it will be returned to Artycoffee, and only the cost of the items will be refunded. Delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Article 8 – Cooling-off period and Return
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days of receiving the items. Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging if applicable. Returns are at the customer’s expense. Artycoffee reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Article 9 – After Sales Service
For issues with your order, please contact our customer service at contact@artycoffees.com. Refund requests for damaged or defective items must include the order number, product reference, and photos illustrating the issue, and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All artworks, designs, images and literary elements created by Artycoffee are the exclusive property of Artycoffee and are protected by intellectual property rights.
Certain works from the public domain may appear on this website; any modifications, adaptations, or creative enhancements made by Artycoffee are protected under intellectual property law.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any design is strictly prohibited.
Article 11 – Personal data and Privacy
Customer data is used for order processing and, if consented to, for marketing purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties. Customers may access, correct, or request deletion of their data via their account or by contacting contact@artycoffees.com.
Article 12 – Compliance
The Customer confirms that they have read all the information relating to goods before they place orders, and that the goods comply with their requirements in every respect.
Pictures illustrating the online catalogue are not contractual and are subject to modification at any time. Artycoffee cannot be held liable for non-compliant and/or inaccurate pictures.
Article 13 – Guarantee
Besides the Customer's legal rights Artycoffee does not offer any complementary contractual guarantee in relation to products purchased online.
Article 14 – Order confirmation
Every online order will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Article 15 – Availability
An offer to sell made by Artycoffee is only valid insofar as items are available in stock. Notwithstanding this, a Customer will be informed within 24 hours of placing an order if an item is unavailable. The Customer will then have the option to cancel the order and i) to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the order within 14 days of the payment, or ii) to exchange the goods in question.
Article 16 – Contractual amendments
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. It is up to each Customer to remain informed about any changes.
Any change to these Terms and Conditions apply to Customers following a period of 72 hours after they are placed online.
Article 17 – Complaints
Any complaint must be made within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise the complaint and accompanying request may be refused.
All refund requests must be made by e-mail to contact@artycoffees.com and must include the order number, reference to the product, a clear explanation of the problem and a photograph of the product to illustrate the problem.
Article 18 – Liability
The Customer is informed that the liability of Artycoffee, regardless of the nature of any damage to an order, will never exceed the value of the order under any circumstances.
In the event of failure Artycoffee cannot be held liable if the failure is attributable to either the Customer or to an unforeseen and insurmountable act by a third party not involved in the sale, or in the case of force majeure.
Article 19 – Evidence
The computer records or logs processed by Artycoffee's IT systems are deemed to be valid proof accepted by the parties (proof of orders, e-mails, payments, etc.).
Article 20 – Indivisibility, Applicable Law and Competent Courts
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is rendered invalid for whatever reason, the parties agree that the other provisions shall continue to apply in full.
The parties agree that any disputes concerning the application of these Terms and Conditions are subject to French law and that the french courts have jurisdiction.
